Weekly Fresh cashback

Weekly Fresh cashback returns up to 10% of real-money slot losses. It is credited every Friday between 9:00 and 10:00 UTC.

Eligibility requires that total deposits exceed total withdrawals across all currency accounts over the account lifetime. We calculate it from bets placed on slot games, less bonuses received during the calculation period. It is available once per period and is not awarded to duplicate accounts. The cashback must be wagered 5 times within 72 hours before its bonus funds can be withdrawn.

Live cashback

We return 5% on Live Casino bets placed in that section. Credited every Friday, this weekly benefit is awarded at our discretion based on gaming activity.

Eligibility requires total deposits across all currencies to exceed lifetime withdrawals. We calculate live cashback from Live Games results after excluding bonuses received in the calculation period. It is available only once in each calculation period and is not credited to duplicate accounts.

Birthday cash bonus

Depending on your status, you can receive a no-deposit cash bonus on your birthday. It is for verified players whose deposits during the 30 days before their birthday total at least A$750. It is available on the birthday and for seven days afterwards, stays valid for seven days after activation, and becomes withdrawable once its wagering requirement is met and it moves to the cash balance.

Personalised birthday gifts depend on your Fresh Club status, gaming activity and deposits during the preceding 30 days. Their wagering requirements run from 35x for Grand through 20x for Cool, 15x for Intense, 10x for Strong and 5x for Elite to 3x for Fresh.

Before a request

Your email must be verified, your profile must be complete and it must include at least one valid phone number. Withdrawals use the same method and payment instrument used for the deposit.

Before requesting funds, complete or cancel all active bonuses and free spins, then wager your deposit 1x through casino games or sports betting. Until that requirement is met, we may cancel the request or withhold a 10% commission from the withdrawal amount to recover payout-processing fees.

Bonus bets do not count towards deposit wagering. In Instant Games a winning bet counts only when the winning odds are at least 1.3x, while losing bets count in full. A deposit counts as lost, and needs no wagering, when less than 5% of it remains on the balance at your next deposit. If a deposit is wagered with a risk-free strategy, we may raise the requirement to 3x the deposit, exclude Roulette and Instant Games bets, ask you to wager it only in Slots or keep a fee of up to 25% of the withdrawal.

Processing and checks

We process withdrawal requests within 24 hours. Receipt may take up to 5 business days depending on the bank or payment system. Requests above A$1,875 may receive up to 48 hours of additional transaction checks.

For any withdrawal request of A$1,875 or more, and in other cases that need validation, we run an identity check with a high-resolution copy or photo of the photo page of your ID document. If you funded your account with a credit card, we also ask for copies of the front and back of that card. Crypto withdrawal is available only when the winnings came from funds deposited in crypto.

Current jackpot wins are paid in full in one payment when all conditions are met.

Settlement and Cash out

Cash out settles a bet before the event ends, and settlement depends on the current odds. It is not always available and is activated at our discretion. When active, its amount appears in the open bet details.

We calculate sports bets after official-media results are published, with winnings based on the stake and final odds of the bet. If a match is interrupted or rescheduled and not resumed within 48 hours, we cancel the bets and return the stakes unless the outcome was already clearly determined when play stopped.
